How do I sign up for email alerts?

You can either register and make an account or simply go to the footer to enter your name and email address (birthday is optional but we’ll send something your way if you put it in!). Promo codes are only given out via email, so sign up if you want to get great deals and be in on the scoop of what’s new!

Is my privacy and personal information secure on your website?

Are there promo codes or coupons I can use when ordering?

We send out promo codes periodically via the email list, so sign up here if you would like to join! We also offer 10% off your first order when you sign up for an account!

Can I place an order by phone?

We don’t place orders over the phone but we can most certainly help you with any hiccups you might encounter online. Just send us a message at letstalk@sehyrshop.com and we’ll contact you right away!

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within one hour of placing it. Simply message us at letstalk@sehyrshop.com. If it is past the hour and you need to modify your order, send us a message and we’ll track down whether it has shipped or not.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is awesome! We offer free returns as long as the item has its original tags and is not damaged, worn or washed; the items must also be post-marked within 45 days of the ship date. For more details on our full policy, please click here.

How do I find out about my order status?

You can track your order by logging into your account and going to the “Orders” tab.Under the tab you’ll notice your orders listed.Click on the “Track my order”.
